It is shown that the resulting material is a mixture of graphene structures, consisting of 10.2 graphene layers. This paper studied the impact of heterogeneous catalytic synthesis of carbon nanotubes (CNT) with ethylene to nanochastykah Ni, Co and Fe on the structural characteristics of the CNT and the relation between the structure of nanotubes and their physicochemical characteristics, including adsorption and catalytic. Shown that the chemical nature of the carrier in the catalyst Me / MgO, Me / CaO, Me/SaSO3, Me/Al2O3 and Me/Sr2O3 (Me - Ni, Co, Fe) determines the strength of the interaction between metal and support, which affects the size and distribution nanoparticles of metal active phase on the surface of the carrier, and thus determines the morphology, diameter and purity of NTDs. Found that the catalyst Me / CaO and Me/SaSO3 a mixture bambukopodibnyh and cylindrical CNT doped with carbon nanofibers and amorphous carbon, which is associated with the interaction between metal and support, while CNT synthesized on the catalyst is homogeneous Me/Al2O3 in morphology, have relatively narrow diameter distribution and purity, which is close to 100%, due to the formation of homogeneous metal nanoparticles due to the strong interaction of metal atoms with surface groups of the carrier. The use of catalysts that prepared by co-precipitation, leading to the formation of NTDs less contaminated than other forms of carbon in the application of impregnated catalysts and nanoparticles Ni, Co and Fe, obtained from the salts of the metals. Increased purity of NTD caused the formation of mixed oxides in the preparation spivosadzhenyh catalyst that enhances the interaction between metal and support. At the catalysts obtained by impregnation and nanoparticles on Ni, Co and Fe, obtained from their salts in the synthesis of metal nanoparticles aggregation occurs to clusters of size more than 100 nm, which is formed amorphous carbon.5481 Product Description popup.authors Cтрижак Петро Євгенович Бичко Ігор Богданович Калішин Євген Юрійович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
