A research aim is development of complex model of providing of faultlessness of the special supports of air-tracks of electricity transmissions due to the dynamic monitoring, determination of the calculation ice-storm-wind loading, prognostication of their influence on reliability, account of technical and financial equipments in relation to adjusting of probability of faultless work, development of universal algorithm of calculation of reliability of spatial constructions of coverages indexes on the basis of account of change of basic factors, that is descriptions on each the stages of life cycle(planning, making, editing, exploitation). Scientific novelty and meaningfulness of the got scientific results : - the cycle of model tests is executed for the long-span spatial metallic constructions of stationary coverages above the tribunes of stadiums that is erected in Ukraine within the framework of preparation to EURO-2012(stadiums "Donbas-arena" in Donetsk and "Arena-Lviv" in to Lviv). For the marked objects the partly realized chart of monitoring of the technical state of unique construction of coverage, that included for itself, is worked out,: а) model inspection of constructions with fixing of their technical state б) deviceregistration of parameters of the tensely-deformed state of basic elements and knots of construction of coverage в) realization of the geotechnical monitoring of basis of construction and her correlation with data of parameters of the tensely-deformed state of construction of coverage г) development of the simplified calculation model of construction of coverage, that allows to execute the express-analysis of backlogs of bearing strength of basic elements of construction of coverage on results the indexes of the system of monitoring. The worked out charts of monitoring of the technical state of constructions first allow: а) in practice to realize the system of monitoring of unique objects, the necessity of monitoring of that is predefined by the corresponding operating normative documents of Ukraine; б) to apply the worked out principles of the marked systems for monitoring of other unique objects. Such realization was approved at development of conception of monitoring of the technical state of unique coverage of new terminal of airport in Lviv. The worked out approach of determination of the most responsible elements of structural chart was applied on the constructions of structural block of stationary coverage of stadium "Donbas-arena". Experimental researches are carried out on the model standards of wires of ПЛ it is got: -results of comparative tests of standards of traditional wires(ACE, АСО of and other) with the new types of wires(AERO - Z, AFLs) in the climatic chamber of DonNACEA for the imitation of formation of ice-storm sedimentations in a wind stream and with the purpose of verification of possibility of their counteraction of origin of ice-storm; -results of experimental researches of standards of wires of different brands free of ice-storm, in the wind-channel of DonNACEA with the purpose of determination of coefficients of their aerodynamic resistance; -results of stand tests of standards of different brands of wires with the purpose of implementation of comparative analysis of their turning inflexibility.
