The design techniques of long-lasting tubular structures production for dirty discharges have been stated. The compositions of dry-batched building mixes for repair of structural and reinforced concrete, high-precision cementation of production equipment and steel-works have been worked out; the mineral substances of which as an aggregate and a filler are represented by the Donbas technogenic raw materials. Engineering solution of getting refractory concrete with increased thermal mechanics properties has been worked out by the determined regularities of impact of sodium oxide and alumina on the firing properties of alumina and silicon system. The results of experimental researches contain descriptions of durability, deformation and rheological properties of the ordinary and modified high-strength concretes at a compression and tension in the conditions of the short-term and continuous heating up to +200 С, and also depending on a volume, sizes and terms of drying out of pre-production models; experienced data about the processes of orthotropic deformation and destruction of concrete in the conditions of short-term and continuous un-, bi- and triaxial compression. The basic results of theoretical researches contain an analysis and systematization of results of experimental researches of conformities to law of brief and protracted deformation of concrete in the conditions of un-, bi- and triaxial state of stress; analysis of the regularities of criteria criteria of durability for a concrete for the general case of the volumetric stress-strain state, description of process of short-term deformation of concrete, including high-strength concretes, for the general case of volume stress-strain state on the basis of the developed version of the performers orthotropic model of concrete deformation.
