Research methods: experimental research of processes on a complete their design at a stationary heat flow. The experimental setting, described before, is used; also stand for research of bunches with original tubular-ribbed elements. The originality of the offered elements is in the use of insertion into the tube the evaporative element with the spiral sending, and existing of sloping ribbing in a tuberule. Researches were conducted on the developed method. Experimental data confirmed the efficiency of the studied constructions. The results of researches are designed as graphic dependences of coefficients of heat emission on the flowrate of air, specific heat flow, attributed to the internal area of pipe heat exchange surface, power coefficient from specific power for moving of working body (air). The heat-exchange system is developed for the preliminary cooling of air before its feeding to the towers of ammonia nitrate granulation. One of the system knots is apparatus of air processing, developed on the previous stage. The implementation of the system as part of the chemical industry enterprise was completed.
