It is shown that only within the thermodynamic approach can not be proved the presence of zero values in investigated derivatives at the critical point. A mathematical model for calculating the solubility of gas in liquid, which involves the use of general conditions of phase equilibrium was created. A system of ordinary nonlinear equations is solved by Newton's method. Comparing the obtained numerical data with existing experimental results was carried out. Firstly tasked and performed calculations of restoring of thermodynamic efficiency for double flow heat exchangers in cryogenic cycles of high and medium pressure.
