The aim of the work is to elaborate the effective treatment and preventive complexes of treatment of dental diseases at different somatic pathology. The methods of the investigation: epidemiologic, experimental, clinical, clinico-laboratorial. The epidemiologic studies, held in different regions of Ukraine, have shown the considerable influence of the different somatic pathology (maxillo-dental anomalies at the pathology of digestive tract, endocrine pathology, cerebral spastic infantile paralysis, drug allergy) upon the dental state of patients. At the experiments on rats at the different simulations of somatic pathology (the disorders in hepatobiliary system, combined caries and gingivitis, the simulation of periodontitis simultaneous to atherosclerosis and hypooestrogeny, orthodontic intrusion at hypooestrogeny and atherosclerosis) the therapeutic complexes, containing adaptogens, antioxidants, glycosaminglycanes, amino acids, microelements, normalizing osteogenesis, microbiocenosis, adaptive and functional reactions, increasing non-specific resistance in oral cavity, were worked out. The high effectiveness of the elaborated complexes for the prevention and treatment of dental diseases and accompanying of orthodontic and orthopedic treatment at different somatic pathology, methods of their application, diagnoses of prognostic tests, were shown by clinical and clinico-laboratorial methods. The findings are widely used in clinical dentistry and training of the specialists in medical universities in Ukraine.
