Malaya Therapy Institute National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2 Aimed to study the peculiarities of dyslipidemias (DLP) spreading in patients with high cardiovascular risk, men and women aged 18 to 75 years old included patients with cardiovascular diseases (CVD) of atherogenic nature, persons without cardiovascular symptoms but with high risk of cardiovascular events, patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and microalbuminuria as well as close relatives of patients with early development of CVD or persons with significantly high summary risk were examined. The total amount of examined population was 1000 persons. European guidelines in CVD prevention in clinical practice (2007) were used to verify persons with CVD, Identification of such risk factors as familial history in CVD, smoking, hypodynamia, alcohol consumption was performed with standard unified questionnaire proposed by WHO experts. During this research work a summary risk of DLP in context of atherosclerosis development or its complications was assessed. Due to performed investigations a contribution of arterial hypertension (AH) and DLP in CVD development was established. Some schemes of AH and DLP modification by the methods of primary and secondary prevention on population, familial and individual levels were proposed.
