Research Fitobiologichni touched forest territories of valley of the rivers Desna, Dnepr and Snov, which the modern state and progress of these territories trends was studied during, the lists of rarity fitoriznomanittya are made, a dendrology value and separate constituents of resources is exposed. Descriptions of the modern state of territories were carried out, basic suktsesiyni processes, related to the natural changes and influencing of economic activity of man, are marked. It is discovered new lokaliteti of rare types of vascular plants and cells of adventivnikh kinds within the limits of territories of PZF. Zoological researches on the certain naturally-protected territories were conducted after such directions: study of composition of entomofauni and vertebrates, including group of rarity; study of quantitative and high-quality composition of nematod ґрунту but beddings of forest biotsenoziv. The morphological features of complexes of landscapes of forest PZT of region of researches were considered, directions are found out for subsequent monitoring researches of these territories. Researches of forest territories of PZF were conducted within the limits of Chernigov, Gorodnyanskogo, Menskogo, Ripkinskogo and Schorskogo of districts, in particular them geobotanichni inspection, collection of collection material, photographing of territories and types of rarities, drawing samples ґрунтових nematod, work with cartographic materials of forest territories of PZF of region of researches. The lists of біорізноманіття of forest territories of PZF were made; rarity fіto- and zooriznomanittya and description of landscape structure of forest territories of PZF of region of researches. Populyatsiyni researches of such types of insects were conducted from the Red book of Ukraine, in particular: Aromia of moschata of L., Papilio of machaon of L., Apatura of iris of L. During researches of fitonematod 33 kinds from 6 rows and 18 families were found. Certainly, that a quantity of nematod is in bedding, at a less specific variety, in 9,6 times higher than in ґрунті and makes 8293 individuals in 100 g to substratu. Within the limits of the explored objects of PZF found out areas 309 types of vertebrates. On forest territories of PZF of Chernigov Polіssya propagate oneself and form populyatsії 11 types of amphibious, 7 types of reptiles, 161 type of birds and 40 types of mammals. Among found out within the limits of region researches of kinds to the Red book of Ukraine 58 types of vertebral are brought, among them there is a 41 type of birds, 16 types of mammals, 1 type of reptiles. Existent information was systematized on the landscape variety of forest territories and their modern state and structure is found out.
