A., Registration Date 31-01-2013 Organization State Institution " Institute neurology, psychiatry and narcology AMS of Ukraine" popup.description2 The subject of the research was groups of patients with dissociative, anxious-phobic, somatoform disorders, and neurasthenia at 50 persons each which consisted the main group and 50 persons without mental disorders (the group of comparison). The aim of the work was to investigate a specificity of factors of a psychic traumatization in different forms of neurotic pathology, their impact on formation of clinical manifestations in the structure of neurotic disorders, to work out diagnostic criteria, principles for psycho-correction and psycho-prevention of neurotic pathology. The results of this scientific-research work allowed us to reveal peculiarities of neurosogenesis of neurotic disorders: the main and supportive factors of a psychic traumatization were defined. These factors influence on peculiarities of a personality and concern all its aspects such as the value-sense sphere, a realization of coping strategies, a social-psychological adjustment, a social frustration and dissatisfaction, interpersonal relations and result in pathological impairments, a high level of neurotization, and clinics of the disorder. On the base of revealed psychopathological impairments it was developed an integrative personality-oriented psychotherapy, which was directed to changes in cognitive, emotional, and behavioral spheres.
