Diagrams of phase states in the oxide-component system were obtained. Synthesis optimal conditions were determined. Phase changes in solid solutions with titanium substitution at В-sites of the perovskite lattice were researched. "Composition-temperature" phase diagrams with regions with a different type of the dipole ordering were obtained. Stability augmentation of the antiferroelectric ordering relative to the ferroelectric ordering with zirconium and tin content increase and stability augmentation of the ferroelectric ordering with (Fe1/2Nb1/2) content increase with its certain disposition at lattice sites were revealed.
