It is shown that adding growth regulator Charkor into medium with agar and liquid medium 0,5 МС increased of root mass (on dry mass) in 39-54 times in relation to control depending to concentration of regulator (from 2,5 to 10,5 of medium). Influence of growth regulator Charkor on growth of root biomass was analogical to auxins' action, in particular, indolebutyric acid. Adding of growth regulator Charkor to their mediums diminished the relative concentration of PF (mg/g of dry mass) in 2-8 times, that it is related to hastier root growth on such conditions. At the same time at cultivation of root at presence of growth regulator Charkor the general maintenance of PF (48-130 mg/g of general dry root mass grown for a 30 twenty-four hours) was considerable above, than in control. Using method DOT-blot hybridization the considerable difference in populations of cytoplasmic mRNA and small regulatory si/miRNA between control and experimental plants is found that testifies to processes of genome reprogramming in cells of chicory "hairy roots" under the influence of growth regulator Charkor.5481 Product Description popup.authors Дубіна В.Г.
