The conditions for the formation of social consensus in the Ukrainian society by returning the property in the legal field. It is Justified the fundamental values of the Ukrainians in the context of their impact on the formation and stability of justice in society. It is shown the peculiarities of paternalistic attitudes prevalent among Ukrainian citizens. It is Justified that there exists a high stratification in Ukraine, it is perceived by most people as unfair, and is considered a major potential source of social tension. It is characterized the gender inequality in the context of sustainability and justice in society. It is found that in a society still exists a stable massive demand for the further gradual social reforms. Comprehensively identified opportunities for social dialogue between government institutions and civil society organizations as an important factor in the strategy of sustainable human development.
