The aim is to identify and solve the contemporary theoretical and methodological problems of determining interstate integration. Theoretical and methodological basis for the study is a system of philosophical and ideological, scientific and special legal methods: dialectical, systems analysis, comparative legal, historical and legal methods, etc. The scientific novelty of the results of the study is to improve the methodological approaches to the legal content of a law mechanism to ensure European standards at the regional level of interstate relations. The practical significance of the study is to ascertain the condition of the national legal mechanism to ensure European standards in terms of interstate integration of Ukraine formation's and the identification of the theoretical and methodological problems of determining interstate integration.
