Subject of investigation - the formation of a humanitarian environment of a technical college/university. The significant changes of the requirements to the quality of education raised the actuality of humanitarian culture of technical colleges/universities. The purpose of the third phase of the investigation is to implement the proposals developed during the second phase of the study to the educational process. These proposals determine the use of innovative methods and technologies for teaching of social and humanities as well as conducting educational activities in various areas of the Academy educational work. The third phase of the study bases on the hypothesis that the formation of a humanitarian environment must be an interest of all departments of the technical college/university, under the leadership of Social - Humanitarian Department. Novelty - basic structural elements of the technical college/university humanities environment have been determined based on the analysis of implementing to the educational process the results of the research of innovative technologies used in teaching the social-humanities disciplines and organizing the educational work . Development of these structural elements will help to improve the quality of the competitive specialists' training process. Effectiveness - improvement of the professional skills of college/university teachers through implementing of innovative and experimental professional activities; alignment of the educational process methodology with the benefits of innovative technologies; implementation of new methods of the education process in line with the developed standards of college/university corporate culture, museum pedagogy and opportunities of the student government. The results of the investigation must be incorporated into the learning process and be proposed (through publications and presentations at scientific and scientific - methodical conferences) for testing in other Ukrainian technical colleges/universities.
