In 23,4 % patients the respiratory pathology was complicated with chronic cor pulmonale. Aim of the investigation: improvement of diagnosis and prognosis of chronic cor pulmonale in patients with dust pathology of lungs. Methods of investigation: roentgenological, spirographic, doppler-echocardiographic, immunoenzyme. Clinico-pathological peculiarities of formation and course of chronic cor pulmonale were revealed in patients with dust pathology of lungs. The role of peculiarities of working conditions in different occupational groups of workers from machine-building industry were stated in the development and course of dust pathology. The results of the investigation will help to improve the efficacy of diagnosis of chronic cor pulmonale, will conduct the possibility to provide serial diagnosis investigations, evaluate the dynamics of the development of pathilogic process, provide the prognosis of disease course, and also effectiveness of applied treatment of dust etiology. Results of scientific-research work were provided in clinical practics, defended with 8 patents of Ukraine for useful model, published in 220 scientific works in journals and collected papers.
