Age of patients ranged from 20 to 70 years. All patients experienced infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis. The study examined patients with NDPTB observed a significant increase in the indices of nitric oxide (NO), lipid peroxidation (LPO) and reduced antioxidant protection products (AOP) than in relatively healthy donors. After the two-month chemotherapy in patients NDPTB observed a significant decline in NO, LPO and increased AOP. The reliable performance difference prooxidant-antioxidant system and NO among patients destructive and non destructive pulmonary tuberculosis. In the study of immunological parameters in patients NDPTB observed a significant reduction of CD3, CD4, CD16 and inaccurate changes CD8, CD21 in compare with practically healthy donors. Standard antimycobacterial therapy, within their two months, provided a significant increase in CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16, CD21 in patients NDPTB. Based on the results of the ELISA studies in patients NDPTB before treatment, we observed a significant increase in the indices of interleukin (IL)-2, IL-8, interferon (IFN)-gamma and reduced IL-4 and IL-10 in compare with respect to healthy donors. After the two-month standard anti-mycobacterial therapy found a significant decline in IL-2, IL-8, IFN-gamma and increased IL-4 and IL-10 in patients with NDPTB when compared to treatment and after two months of chemotherapy. Present indicators can characterize subpopulation number and activity of T-helper cells in patients NDPTB. This study allowed to obtain the invention "Method of predicting the course of involution of pulmonary tuberculosis," by which is achieved by improvements enhance forecasting involution course of pulmonary tuberculosis. No significant difference cytokines and monoclonal antibodies between the presence and absence of cavity decay as before therapy and after two months of treatment.
