A purpose of work is creation of the specialized software products and effective technologies of improvement scientific and methodical providing of chemical education of specialists for food industry by the use information-communication technologies. Features are described scientifically methodical providing of chemical education of specialists for food industry. Tasks are outlined in relation to the use of ICT in the education. The specialized software products are created for unsupervised work and implementation of laboratory works, namely: videomanual "Titrimetric analysis", practical works "Hardness of water" and "Mineral substances". The computer test systems are developed on the basis of the programs of Hypertest and OpenTEST. The methodical manual is made in relation to the use of ICT during unsupervised work, implementation of laboratory works, control works, and individual educational-research tasks from disciplines of department.
