Development of state standard of Ukraine, that sets requirements to composition and maintenance of project of distribution of territory of microregion(to the quarter) for determination of прибудинкових territories of apartment houses, comes forward as the article of research. A state standard determines composition and maintenance of project of distribution of territory in accordance with state building norms, taking into account lot lands there are rightsetting documents on that, features of a plan structure of microregion(to the quarter), existent plan limitations, and also sets the sequence of implementation of project to distribution.
