The parameters of the phase transition of the system to an asymmetric phase - a state with a spatially periodic ordering are determined. 2.8 The period of the two-dimensional lattice as a function of the physical parameters of the problem - the temperature, the value of external pressing electric field, the number of electrons per unit of the flat liquid dielectric surface, the density of the dielectric, its surface tension and dielectric constant and dielectric constant of the solid substrate are obtained.
