The influence of fluctuator on qutrit dynamics is investigated. Analytical solutions of a system of 80 differential equations of two coherent qutrits movement in a consistent magnetic field are found for the comparative analysis of entanglement measures in biqutrit. The possibility to monitor and control the entanglement is analytically proved, when different magnetic field act on each qutrit and the interaction between qutrits is isotropic. The advanced comparative analysis of entanglement measures in final qudit chains is carried out. The dependence of qudit dynamics on the initial conditions and magnetic field modulation is investigated analytically and numerically. From a practical point of view it is clear that the entanglement generation and the preservation in a controlled way is a major problem for creation of the quantum computer.
