One be inspected gas cleaning system of rotating furnaces No.1-4 in limekiln department at PJSC "AZOVSTAL IRON & STEEL WORKS", estimated its technical state. One be determined operating characteristics of gas-escape tracks of system and compared them with design values. Results of instrumental measurements showed exceeding of design values of dust content in cleaned air in 1.97-4.52 times for gas cleaning of rotating furnaces No.1-4. Value of residual dustiness is from 118 mg/Nm3 after electric filter No.3 up to 271 mg/Nm3 after electric filter No.2. One be revealed main causes of high residual dustiness. One be developed recommendations for development and implementation of new dedusting systems for rotating furnaces No.1-4 in limekiln department with purpose to achieve residual dustiness after cleaning no more than 20-10 mg/Nm3.5481
