The developed mathematical model allows to define the optimal term for storage and realization of each material value and assess it's quality. The special device for production quality control was designed. It helps to monitor the physical properties of the products during the whole storage period, also it helps to define deviation of product's quality from the norm in time and gives a sound signal to verify its further consumption safety. The researches were made with help of economic analyses methods, particularly with Saaty's theory of chances. The assignment has scientific and practical value, it solves sector's issues and defines it's future strategy.
