This sintering temperature is several hundred degrees lower than for known technologies of production. Firstly the requirements for armor ceramics, as an object, which has the resistance to the penetration is largely determined by the work to compaction of fractured powder material of target, are developed. The new armor material boron carbide / calcium and titanium borides with resistance to the penetration is two or more times higher than that for single-phase carbide is developed.
