To achieve this goal there were formed and completed the following tasks: substantiated terminology basis of components of marketing communications at the enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives activities; researched conceptual statements of marketing communications management; researched theoretical aspects of organizational economic mechanism of management of marketing communications at the enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine; substantiated methodical approach to forming and improving of organizational and economic mechanism of management of marketing communications at the enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives; researched possibilities of improvement of management of marketing communications at the enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives. The object of research is process of management of marketing communications at the enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives. The subject of research is organizational and economic mechanism of management of marketing communications at the enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine. Scientific novelty of received results is in theoretical substantiation and practical decision for number of questions for forming the organizational and economic mechanism of marketing communications management at the enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives. Practical significance of the received results is in development of the recommendations for forming organizational and economic mechanism of marketing communications management at the enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine. Main scientific statements of the work are considered to be methodic recommendations for practical using at the Consumer Cooperatives activities. The results which have the most practical significance are: methodical approach to functioning estimation, possibilities of improvement and forming the organizational and economic mechanism of marketing communications at the enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine; organizational securing of mechanism of marketing communications management at the enterprises of Consumer Cooperatives; definition of indicators system of marketing communications management at cooperative enterprises and mechanism of the offered indicators uniting.
