Project technologies contingently an object in the system of professional preparation of workers of tax sphere. A research purpose is determination, theoretical ground and experimental verification of pedagogical terms of forming of educational-cognitive activity. A research process is related to realization of row of tasks: determination of theoretical and methodological bases of forming of educational-cognitive activity of students, features of pedagogical bases of activation of teaching in higher educational establishments, specifics of communicative possibilities of project technologies in the process of forming of communicative competence of future specialists of tax sphere. Such results of research have a scientific novelty and practical value: first in theory it is grounded and efficiency of pedagogical terms which provide the successful forming of communicative competence of students facilities of project technologies is experimentally confirmed; essence of concept "Communicative competence of future worker of tax sphere" is specified, his structure and levels of forming of communicative competence of students of the National university of government tax service of Ukraine is certain. Authors are confirm conclusions that activation of teaching allows to harmonize correlation of the audience teaching under the direction of teacher, to use information technologies and to perfect independent work of students with the purpose of development of analytical thought, initiative, creative, adaptation to the various professional situations and ability to work in a collective, to attitude on acceptance of important decisions in practical activity in the conditions of modernization of DPS of Ukraine.
