A purpose of the work was development of the methodical providing and calculation tool for creation of informative complex of the environment distance monitoring on the basis of the multispectral supervision optoelectronic system (OESS ). The results of the work are new algorithms of compatible registration of television and thermal images are created on condition of different field of view and formats of the matrix detectors; the original methods of sensors level information fusion are created for two channel OESS on the base of information map, that provide highest detect probability for thermal anomalies; criterion of information fusion efficiency is developed for multispectral OESS on the base of the targeting task performance; the new method of radiometry calibration of OESS television channel is grounded..
