During the research there were used advanced modern techniques based on the use of so-called "SPOT- analysis", method of expert estimates and statistical methods and its combination. These methods were successfully tested by foreign and national experts in the leading international organizations and institutions, including OSCE (during the Irish Presidency in 2012), the Organization of Economic Cooperation, the Swedish Agency for International Development and the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland.
