Aim of investigation – determination of mechanism of pathogenetic disorders of gastroduodenal zone and establishment of improved methods of diagnostics, treatment, prophylaxis of digestive organs diseases. As a result of the study there was established that functional and organic disorders of digestive tract are closely related, organic changes may be consequence of functional changes and functional changes may follow organic changes. There was established that presence NSAID-gastropathy is accompanied with increase of NOS and COX-2 contents in bioptats of gastroduodenal mucosa; on the background of therapy of patients with NSAID with inclusion of rebamipide eNOS, iNOS, COX-2 level in gastric and duodenal mucosa decrease evidently. The course of chronic pancreatitis was shown to accompany with presence of exocrine insufficiency in 48,0% of patients that is confirmed by decrease of fecal elastase-1 and serum secretine level. The rehabilitative treatment of patients with chronic pancreatitis in 56,6% of patients led to increase of of fecal elastase-1 and serum secretine level and therapeutic effect was more significant in the group of patient which received “Novomoscowskaya” mineral water. The efficiency of baclophen in treatment of refractory forms of gastroesophageal reflux disease was proved. The high diagnostic value of evaluation of fecal calprotectin in diagnostics of chronic inflammatory bowel disease was proved. There was studied the level of serum selen in Ukraine population.
