Research Ob''ekt is the General chart of planning of territory of Ukraine. A purpose of work is a leadthrough of monitoring of realization of the General chart of planning of territory of Ukraine for period of 2012 in accordance with the structure of indexes, ratified the decision of Cabinet Ukraine from 29.08.2002 ?1291 but preparation of lecture of Cabinet is about the state of its realization. Naukovo-praktichni tasks, which allow to conduct the comprehensive analysis of social-economic and town-planning processes which took place on territory of Ukraine for period of realization of the General chart of planning of territory of Ukraine in 2012 years, are in-process decided. Research results are presented in an analytical message, tables and on thematic maps which are created on the base of the use of GIS - technologies (license program ARCGIS 10.1.). On the basis of leadthrough of scientific researches a geared-up project of lecture of Cabinet Ukraine is about the state of realization of the General chart. Executed NDR will be instrumental in the important state job realization of the General chart of planning of territory of Ukraine processing, will provide the increase of efficiency of development of regional town-planning document.
