Object of study: Physico-technical and operational properties of composite materials and their specifications. Subject of research: Development Processes provisional specification for the production of composite materials. Objective: Research and development of physical and technical and operational properties of composite materials. Methods: It was prognosticated and investigated, electrophisical, mechanical and protective properties of synthesized binding composite vaterials according to the created technology. Materials possess a high coercitivity in 6000-6500 E and border of durability at a compression after 7 days of hardening to 75-85 MPa. The synthesized astringent composition materials provide provide the effective protecting from AMY in the range of frequencies 70-78 GGc, weakening him on the average on 26 dB .
