The article of researches is structurally-technological parameters of directing elements, their tense deformations at implementation of technological operations. An aim of work is expansion of technological possibilities of the system of direction of the system-built retool stamps(SBRS) on the basis of optimization of structurally-technological parameters of elements of construction of the system straight at implementation of separate and shape-generating operations of the sheet punching. Thus as a research object two types of the off-line systems get out straight: system straight, that is set directly on the working surfaces of base flags and system that is fastened to her butt-end surfaces. The analysis of functional and technological possibilities and external of elements of the system-built retool stamps(SBRS) environments is conducted. The scientific system of classification of the system-built retool stamps is worked out. Directions and methods of perfection of immobile connections of directing elements of SBRS are certain by fixing of them by анеробними materials. A study is undertaken from the structural features of the system universally - collapsible retool stamps. Deviation from the plane of base surface of lower flag and base surface of overhead flag of block, material, heat treatment, exactness of making of directing elements of the system SBRS, is certain. Exactness of collection of arrangement of SBRS is certain. Certainly, that exactness of assembling is arrived at by application at collection of exact взаемозаминяемих elements. It is well-proven that reliability and longevity of arrangements of SBRS at implementation of distributive operations are determined, mainly by durability and inflexibility of their base flags and system of direction. At insufficient inflexibility last in the process of stamping become deformed, that draws violation of evenness of gap between cutting elements and decline of firmness of stamps. Worked out design-engineering documentation on the system of directing elements universally collapsible retool stamps. Theoretical and practical meaningfulness: flexibility will be megascopic as a result, terms and expenses are brief on technological preproduction in the conditions of the дискретно-нестабильных programs of producing of wares. Expected reduction of labour intensiveness of making of the off-line system of direction by comparison to the systems that exist - 15 - 20%. The results of researches and got scientific results will find application on the enterprises of machine-building complex.
