The article of researches is structurally-technological parameters of directing elements, their tense deformations at implementation of technological operations. An aim of work is expansion of technological possibilities of the system of direction of the system-built retool stamps(SBRS) on the basis of optimization of structurally-technological parameters of elements of construction of the system straight at implementation of separate and shape-generating operations of the sheet punching. Thus as a research object two types of the off-line systems get out straight: system straight, that is set directly on the working surfaces of base flags and system that is fastened to her butt-end surfaces. The analysis of functional and technological possibilities and external of elements of the system-built retool stamps(SBRS) environments is conducted. The scientific system of classification of the system-built retool stamps is worked out. Directions and methods of perfection of immobile connections of directing elements of SBRS are certain by fixing of them by анеробними materials. A study is undertaken from the structural features of the system universally - collapsible retool stamps.
