Methods: theoretical - to processing a philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, educational literature by methods systematic, comparative, historical and logical analysis, definitions of concepts and categorical apparatus research , a retrospective analysis of the documentation on education , theoretical modeling , empirical - pedagogical supervision over the activities of students, survey, questionnaires, tests, interviews with teachers. In the course of the research was: - conducted marketing research and monitoring of the Asian market of educational services; - defined psycho-pedagogical framework and the essential characteristics of the system integration of the activity , personality and competence- based approaches to develop a system of training in Ukraine engineering-pedagogical staff for the CIS countries of the Asian region , - defines the system of risk factors for appearance of maladjustment of students at different levels in the learning process, a model of psychological prophylaxis and psychocorrection manifestations of maladjustment students from Asian region with a view to effective adaptation in learning Ukrainian university; - the concept of designing training system in Ukraine qualified engineering-pedagogical staff for the CIS countries of the Asian region, - a model of professional competence of engineering-pedagogical staff for the CIS countries of the Asian region and a suitable model system for their training. Scientific novelty of the research is that for the first time theoretically grounded and developed a model of professional competence of engineering-pedagogical staff for the CIS countries of the Asian region and the suitable model system for their training.
