Electric, magnetoresistive and resonance properties of these objects have been studied. For the first time, the regularities of the influence of nanostructured substrates on magnetic properties of magnetite have been established. It is proved experimentally and grounded theoretically that the substituted lanthanum-calcium manganite// barium titanate system displays giant magnetocaloric effect.
