"Cost Norms on fuels and lubricants intended for operation of both machines varieties, motor road construction and special ones" (SOU 42.1-37641918-094:2012) are complemented the norms of expense of fuel and lubricating materials on travelling and special machines which did not enter in them, their status is resulted in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. Norms are intended for planning of necessity of enterprises, organizations, establishments in fuel and lubricating materials and control, after their expense, conducts of accounting, introductions of regime of economy and rational use of oil products. Introduction and observance of norms of expense of fuel and lubricating materials for exploitation of road-buildings and special machines will allow travelling enterprises to reduce to 5 % expense of fuel and lubricating materials on the basis of the grounded individual norms of expense of fuel and lubricating materials to work on the brands of trail builders.
