Description

The aim is to identify and functional characterization of promising molecular biomarker for monitoring neurodegenerative and cancer man. A bioinformational analysis that predicted siRNA numerous , potentially affecting the expression eEF1A1/A2. We found titre autoantibodies against HSP60 in the serum half of the patients with thyroid cancer. All patients with thyroid cancer detected elevated levels of anti -HSP60 autoantibodies. Identified a new partner intersektynu 1 - olihofrenin protein 1 (OPHN1), associated with X-linked mental retardation. The level of mRNA expression in cancer cells LARS1 T -47B was more than 2 times higher than in normal epithelial cells . In experiments in vitro from transformed cells that produce onkobilok CHI3L1, found that bradykinin antagonist BKM- 570 can inhibit the growth of glioblastoma cells and its effect is mediated by modulation of MAPK and PI3K signaling cascades.
