It is determined that for patients with CML of increase in the PB and BM of amount CD33+- myeloid cells, CD34+- hemopoetical cell-predecessors, that coexpressed glycoprotein Pgp - 170 and protooncogene Bcl-2 are the important cellular mechanisms of resistance to therapy by the tyrosine-kinase inhibitor (ТКІ) development. For patients with uneffective therapy of ТКІ direct correlation is educed between the amount CD33+Pgp - 170+ myeloid cells and Ph+ cells of BM.
