Object - 166 B-cells lymphoproliferative disease's patients. Methods of investigation: clinical, hematological, morphological, immuohistochemical, histological, biochemistry, immunology, instrumental diagnostic. Under investigation were correlation between clinical features and prognostic factors of course of disease (age, performance status, lactate dehydrogenase and beta2 microglobulin, galectine 1 and galectine 3 expression, number of affected lymph nodes). The chemotherapy scheme was improved on the basis of on esteblished prognostic factors. Medicine
