The object of the research is the processes of management of investment projects focused on a social effect. The aim is to develop guidelines for evaluation of investment projects that entirely result in the social effect, and their testing in the selection process for providing them with government support. Methods of research: formal logic, statistics and comparative analysis, synthesis and grouping. Guidelines for the development and evaluation of investment projects that entirely result in the social effects were prepared, and their testing was performed.
