Testing was conducted on plants - regenrant and сallus culture of small periwinkle (V.minor L.). It was found that composition growth regulators D-1С, D-3С, D-4С, D-6С cause a change in the morphology of the test plants (increased dry weight, increased root formation, branching, the formation of air roots increase in size of the stem and roots), increase in biomass of cell cultures and changing the synthesis of secondary metabolites in plants and cell cultures.
