Their crystal lattice parameters were determibned. The axial and radial distributions of the ratio of the components in the anionic sublattice were established. Registered was interference from the faces pf superthin sample with a thickness of 280 mcm and an area of approx. 1 cm.The dispersion dependences of the refraction coefficient in IR region were found.
