The EPR spectra was detected by the paramagnetic centers of nitrogen and growth of the nickel impurity ion at frequencies (70-120) GHz. New absorption line (NV-center) has been detected in the EPR spectra in diamond after proton irradiation at the frequency 9.3 GHz.
