To perform the work has been done to develop an automated system inlet gas installation and adjustment GDT. Based on the results of the study structure, morphology , mechanical and structural properties of the obtained coatings made adjustments technological modes of deposition of bioactive gas-detonation coatings on different substrates. According adjusted technology produced two pilot batch of samples with bioactive layers based on GAP and ZrO2 on flexible substrates and layers of soluble components. Developed an optimized process and technological route of formation of bioactive coatings by GDT.
