The purpose of research work consists in development of theoretical positions, methodical and applied providing of forming of marketing strategy of development bank to the sector in the context of providing of financial stability. A research object is activity of banks in relation to forming of marketing strategy of development for providing of financial stability. The article of research are theoretical and methodical positions and approaches to forming of marketing strategy of development of bank to the sector. Scientific novelty: methodical principles of forming of marketing strategy of development are analysed scientifically bank to the sector of Ukraine, actual tasks to marketing strategy of development are formulated bank to the sector in the context of providing of financial stability, efficiency of marketing strategy of development of bank is analysed to the sector, taking into account financial performance of banks of Ukraine indicators, measures are developed for the increase of perception of quality of bank products and services depending on the level of existent perception, factors of influence on him and reasons of using bank products and services. the mechanism of marketing strategy of development is developed bank to the sector in the context of providing of financial stability, the models of increase of efficiency of sale of bank products and improved life cycle of user of bank products are built on the example of bank of the Kharkov region ("Ukrsibbank").
