This research is directed on the increase of level of planning and account of charges. A research object is software which is created by subsections of the National bank. The article of research is a process of forming of prime price of software which is created by subsections of the National bank. During implementation of research work such methods of research were used: theoretical generalization, grouping, programmatic realization in programming of VBA language. Scientific novelty: 1. The analysis of present domestic and foreign methods is conducted for determination of charges on creation of software. 2. Grounded and the method of determination of prime price of own software is inculcated in practice on the base of expense approach. 3.
