The advantage of this method is a possibility to avoid the desoxydation in a hydrogem stream. This pecularity and low synthesis temperature (less than 350 С) significantly increase the economic effect of method and give a possibility in principle to expand the range of metal components. It was shown that the evolution of structural features and magnetic properties of TEG+Ni nanocomposte materials takes palce due to changes of Ni nanosize. So, this synthesis method could be used for obtaining the nanoparticles from metal alloys. The intercalated compounds of graphite-Fe have been synthetized. Their magnetic state is caused by the clusters of such compounds in a graphite matrix. It was shown that it is possible to change significantly the properties of nanocomposites through TEG surface modification by ferrites. There are limits of concentration defining the saturation magnetization, which could be reached for any ferromagnetic component.
