The spectroscopic properties of peptide NC (11-55) labeled with 2-(2-furyl)-3-hydroxychromone or 2-(4-metoxyphenyl)-3-hydroxyflavone were studied. The latter appeared to be the most sensitive indicator for interaction between labeled peptide and biomolecules.
