Object of study: the monetary system of the national economy. Purpose of research : to develop proposals for improving the theoretical and methodological aspects of the monetary mechanism to ensure macroeconomic stability and efficiency of the banking system. As a result of the study , the following results: 1) Concept developed monetary economy as a system of measures to overcome the consequences of the financial crisis , and 2) proposed the scientific and methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of an integrated monetary mechanism on economic dynamics through the effectiveness of monetary policy and the effectiveness of the monetary transmission mechanism 3) developed optimization mathematical model of monetary policy on the basis of the production function , and 4) the model of state financial support domestic producers , and 5) improved theoretical approach to the use of clustering during the formation of the bank portfolio securities in order to identify areas of interest for minimize risk , 6) The mechanism of formation of the basic principles of monetary policy and of the documents "Basic principles of Monetary policy" , 7) were further developed methods to improve the efficiency of the monetary impact of central bank credit to stimulate the development and production approaches to strategy formation management of liquidity and profitability of the bank.
