A research object is accounting policy and system of management accounting of LTD "Ternopil'mazservis" LTD". An aim of research work is forming the methodical recommendation of development of accounting policy in part the reflection of management accounting objects on LTD "Ternopil'mazservis" LTD" into activity conditions of enterprise and improvement of accounting -administrative personnel activity. In the process of research such methods were used: scientific methods of economic researches (systematization, grouping and ge-neralization, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, formalization) and special economic methods (tabular-calculation, graphic, economics-statistical, methods of design, planning). Basic scientific job: the ways of account-ing policy improvement of enterprise LTD "Ternopil'mazservis" LTD" are proposed in part of providing of effective documentations and taking of inventory, development of modern information technologies, distributing of functional duties of workers, introduction of current forms for the aims of management account, methodical recommendations are developed from organization of administrative accounting on an enterprise with the selection of the successive organizational stages; the method of administrative account of expenses, profits and financial results is improved in part of selection of cents responsibility and centers of expenses; authentication, estimation and allocation of expenses; forming the order of determination of financial results of LTD.
