Subject of research are theoretical and practical problems of formation, functioning and development of partnership relations between Ukraine and tools to promote the interests of the state in the relations with other countries. The purpose of the research is the improvement of the theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of organization and development of partnership relations of Ukraine with other countries in conditions of globalization of economic processes, development of guidelines for the effective functioning of the domestic economy in both macroeconomic and microeconomic levels in the context of the intensification of cooperation with foreign partners and strengthening the integration aspirations of Ukraine. The most significant results, containing the scientific novelty is concluded in deepening of theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of the formation of international partner relations between enterprises of the countries of Europe, the development of recommendations on realization of the competitive advantages of Ukraine in the context of regionalization of contemporary European economic space, as well as in elaborating the Foundation for effective protection and promotion of Ukraine's interests instruments of the economic diplomacy in both macroeconomic and microeconomic levels to strengthen the role of the domestic economy in a global environment.
