There will be synthesized nanoparticles of some metals, their oxides and semiconductors, there will be developed new methods of stabilizing and directed modification of synthesized nanoparticles with various organic, inorganic and polymeric substances, as well as varnish and ink compositions; there will be investigated the interaction between the components of nanocomposites, their influence on the photo- and electrophysical properties; there will be studied out the possibility of forming ink jet, raster and gravure printing layers of the proposed model compositions on a variety of surfaces for wide application in microelectronics devices and nanophotonics and new generation printed packaging.
